Shipping is free for most orders within provincial Canada.
For shipments to Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories, a flat shipping fee of $100.00 will be applied.
Sample rugs are subject to shipping charges based on the shipping address.
Due to the current state of the pandemic, we are experiencing longer than normal shipping times. We thank you for your patience & will keep you updated on the latest status of your CAM rug once your order is placed.
We offer pick-up for Toronto-only orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, between the hours of 3pm-5pm. If you would like to pick-up your rug, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I change my shipping address?
Changes to an address can be made within 1 hour of your order being placed. Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the order.
How long will my order take to ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase, depending on availability of the item. Delivery of the item is dependent on the size/weight of the rug and the shipping location. Our customer service department will do everything to keep you updated on your shipment status.
How do I track my order?
We will send you your tracking number once we have shipped your item, along with carrier information. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to appear with the carrier.
